DYFS Data Collections Project

In February 2005, Transitions for Youth began implementation of the DYFS Data Collections Project. This web-based, client-level service utilization tracking system collects real-time data on aging-out youth who are receiving independent living, transitional living, after-care, mentoring, scholarships and other services funded through DYFS.
